1 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Giderim application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App or remove it from your device.

2 Service Description

Giderim is a mobile application that allows users to track their personal bills and expenses. The App provides the following services:

• Creating, editing, and deleting bill and expense records
• Payment status tracking
• Monthly and yearly expense analysis
• Payment reminders
• Premium features (via in-app purchase)

3 User Obligations

You agree to comply with the following rules when using the App:

• Legal Use: You will use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Accurate Information: The accuracy of the information you enter is your responsibility.
• Account Security: Ensuring the security of your device is your responsibility.
• Unauthorized Access: You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Malicious Use: You will not use the App for malware distribution or other malicious purposes.

4 Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including design, graphics, code, text, and other materials) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5 In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases that provide access to premium features:

• Payment: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, use your App Store settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.
• Price Changes: Prices may change without prior notice.

6 Advertisements

The free version of the App contains advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads:

• May be personalized or non-personalized (depending on your preferences)
• Are subject to Google's advertising policies
• Can be disabled in the premium version

7 Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• Your financial decisions are entirely your own; the App does not provide financial advice.

8 Data and Privacy

The collection and processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

9 Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Advertising services
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchases
• RevenueCat: Subscription management

Use of these services is subject to the respective third parties' own terms of use.

10 Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When significant changes are made:

• A notification will be sent within the App
• The "Last updated" date on this page will be updated
• Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the new terms

11 Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by removing the App from your device. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason and without prior notice.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
